About Manna BBQ
All-You-Can-Eat Korean BBQ in Four Locations
Manna BBQ runs all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue in four places in San Diego County: on Convoy Street and Mira Mesa Boulevard in San Diego, on Otay Lakes Road in Chula Vista, and on Nordahl Road in San Marcos. Each table has a grill, and you cook the meat yourself.
The Two Tiers
There are two all-you-can-eat menus, A1 (premium) and A2, a few dollars apart. Meats include brisket (chadol), teriyaki brisket, pork belly, spicy pork belly, rosemary pork, LA galbi, the Manna steak (flat iron) and boneless short rib, and the premium tier adds larger cuts such as ribeye steak.
Banchan come to the table as soon as you sit down, with rice paper, radish and lettuce for wrapping. Orders go through a tablet at the table as well as the servers, and grills are changed often.
Before You Go
Weekday lunch is priced lower than dinner. Drinks come by the bottle or can, with no refills. Expect a wait at dinner, especially at Convoy and San Marcos, and get on the waitlist before you go.
